Hang in there - this could be confusing we will try to explain it as simply as possible. Our Cabin Care & Maintenance Plan costs $85 per month based on anything less than a 12 month plan. 12 month subscribers recieve a $10 per month discount and pay $75 per month for our Cabin Care plan ONLY. Your Cabin Genie service is highly customizable. From the form below you select a maximum of 12 fully included services for us to provide based on your perferences for each visit. For example, in the winter time you'll want the heat turned up, the hot tub temp raised, firewood brought in, leaves blown off the porches. Additionally, you might want us to dust and mop. Perhaps you are a little worried about crawling in a bed that hasn't been slept in in a few months and you'd feel better if you knew the linens had been just laundered and the bed remade the day before your arrival. Maybe you plan on suprising your wife with a romantic trip and would like fresh roses and new candles ready for the weekend. We will make it happen and discreetly fax or email you a receipt for your special request items.
