 "I was looking for a small cabin maintenance contractor in the summer of 2010 after buying a place in the mountains and ran across Kent's website. It seemed to be exactly what I was looking for, a small 
privately-owned family business, not a large multi-county/state contractor. 

I then became acquainted with Kent via Facebook. After several exchanges, finding we had other interests in common, I found through other contacts that Kent was an honest, reputable person. During one such Facebook chat, Kent advised me to "winterize" my cabin prior to leaving for the season. My incompetence didn't get the job done properly so over the phone, I hired Kent to get the job done right. A very reasonably priced effort by Kent saved me what could have been several thousand dollars in potential damage that Kent would have earned by repairing the damage. I'd call that honest, taking a small dollar job, to save ME, a basically unknown person on the internet that kind of money. 

When my wife and I were snowed-in over Christmas, Kent once again offered to come and get us so we could get groceries or just get out if suffering cabin fever. What a kind gesture from a gentleman I had never 
met face-to-face! 

The next spring while visiting, my wife discovered missing shingles from the roof. Kent came out and, once again for a very reasonable price, repaired the damage sufficiently until we could get the roof replaced, 
a job Kent was honest and told us was too big for him. 

My only regret with Kent Vanattia? I haven't been able to give him more work! I hope to rectify that situation within the next few seasons.
